Certificate of attendance

A Certificate of Attendance for the ESUI Meeting can be collected from this website as of Monday, 20 November.


Cloakroom/Luggage

A cloakroom is available and is at participants’ disposal during congress hours. Please be sure to collect all personal belongings at the end of the day.

Congress bag

Each delegate can collect a congress bag at the registration area.


Electricity

Electricity supply in Barcelona is 220 Volts and the connection is made by a two-pin plug.

Please be aware that delegates from the USA will require a voltage converter. Delegates from the United Kingdom will require a plug adapter.

In case of emergency call the nationwide emergency number 112.

An exhibition will be held jointly with the EMUC meeting.

The meeting will be conducted in English, there will be no translation provided.


Mobile Phones

Please turn off sound and camera flash in the session room.


Press Centre

Journalists and medical/science writers are entitled to a free registration. Press registrations have to be made through the online registration system (preferred) or onsite at registration desk. All media operators must show their credentials (press card dated 2016/2017 and original assignment letter). Journalists will receive a copy of the press pack and congress bag, to be picked up at the press centre. Internet access, fax machine, printer and photocopier are provided.


Registrations

All registrations should be made through the online registration system. Registration opens on 3 April 2017.


Safety

The safety of all congress attendees is of utmost importance to the European Association of Urology.

Palau de Congressos and EAU have taken security precautions to ensure the maximum possible safety for all participants. All bags may be subject to inspection. Please take all personal effects with you when leaving a session room.


Smoking Policy

The ESUI Congress and the concomitant exhibition have been designated as non-smoking events throughout the entire venue, including all meeting halls, functions, registration and catering areas. All the participants are kindly requested to respect the no-smoking policy for normal and e-cigarettes.
